## What the skill gives the agent

1. It teaches the agent to inspect `/domains`, `/domains/{domainKey}`, `/domains/{domainKey}/capabilities`, and `/domains/{domainKey}/capabilities/{capabilityId}/routes` before it chooses a provider or executes anything.
2. It gives the agent one routed execution layer across 12 live domains with one key and wallet: email, enrichment, social, phone, web, search, document, media, travel, speech, translation, chain.
3. It bakes in operating rules: recommend before execute when provider choice is open, never fabricate success, respect policy-gated or unavailable routes, and explain when hotel booking or research execution is still pending.
